AIRPORT PICK-UP & DROP
We will arrange airport pick up/drop off in a cab for the patient and accompanying attendant to the hospital as per the patient’s medical condition or choice. The patient will be received at the airport by a hospital executive or interpreter (if required).
CLINICAL OPINION
It is advisable that the patient share the medical report, case history, details of treatment taken and current clinical status by email before they travel to Vision for their treatment. Our medical experts will evaluate reports to plan treatment, expected duration of stay at the hospital and post discharge follow up mechanisms.
VISA SUPPORT ASSISTANCE
The International Patient support team helps in arranging visas by writing a letter to Indian High Commission in the patient’s country. We will help to obtain a medical visa not only for the patient but also for the accompanying attendant.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES
An interpreter facility will be available within the hospital on request.
HOTEL
We will assist to book a guest house/hotel as per your preference/budget post-discharge.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
We will provide assistance with currency exchange facility.
